Custom and fine jewelry orders usually ship within 2-4 weeks—they’re so worth the wait. Please allow 3-5 business days after shipping for delivery!

International shipping time is determined at checkout. We provide low cost, reliable shipping via DHL!
All non-custom orders usually ship within 1 business day—WOO! Orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship out Monday. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery
Custom and fine jewelry orders usually ship within 2-4 weeks, so please be patient. Allow 7-10 business days after shipping for delivery!
Please note that international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are determined by your local customs authorities! Please check their website for more info.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our Return Policy!

Need to return or exchange your order? We offer returns on wrong sent items within 15 days of the delivery date. All sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Store credit ONLY!

Store credit you can save for later that’s equal to what you originally paid
Refund on your original payment method, minus a $5 restocking fee

If you return your order within 30 days of delivery date, you still have options!

Store credit AND $10 off your order if you exchange right away
